[DFT] 2" punch

I may be way off here but when we bulk cut Blue foam for arrows we use a 1.25" ID Pipe with the edges filed sharp and punch out the foam disks.  Couldn't the same basic thing be done with wet leather and a 2" ID sharpened pipe?
