[DFT] 2in punch

Just a reminder.  If we can't find, make, or borrow a 2" punch, we can always go back to the idea of using wood coins which we can purchase or make.

The main argument against making a punch has so far been that it will wear out quickly.  However, making punches may be inexpensive enough that we could make a few of them and get all of the leather discs cut without too much effort or expense.
