[DFT] Rapier Marshal Position Open for Bids

Greetings Dragonsfire Tor!

I am writing this missive to announce that the Rapier Marshal Position is
open for bids. Please send any bids to Lady Janie and myself. I will accept
electronic applications, but request that you provide all the information
requested on the official application. Bids will close at the August
Populace meeting.

In the interim, I am appointing Lord Angus as the Acting Rapier Marshal. He
has held the position before, and will serve until an official marshal is
appointed.
