Greetings to all and sundry

You only have TWO short days left to pre-register for Gulf Wars, via ACCEPS.

If at all possible, please pre-register.  It will allow for ample camping
space for all of Elfsea, including a bit of a common area for meals,
relaxing, what-not.

If you are planning to go to Gulf Wars, and you wish to camp with Elfsea,
remember to mark the "Group Camping with" as "Ansteorra - Elfsea".  Please
provide His Excellency Alejandro the size of your tent, whether it is modern
or period, and the number of people in your party.

His Grace Gunthar and Her Excellency Elizabeth are coordinating a meal plan
for people camping with us.  The plan includes breakfast, snack box during
the day, and dinner.  If you contribute an evening meal, the plan is $30.
Otherwise it is $50 for the week.  Help with setup and cleanup is happily
appreciated.

Let us all make a strong showing at Gulf Wars!  Onward to victory over 
Trimaris!
