[Central Seneschal]

I am pleased to announce that your new Seneschal will be Lord Guyon Dupre.
 With his experience, I am confident that he will be a strong leader for
the Canton. Please join me in congratulations and I hope that you all will
assist him during the transition period, which will occur as soon as
possible.

I would like to thank Ulf Nach dem Tor for his service to the Canton and
wish him a well-deserved rest from the stress.  You all are a busy group!
