[DFT] Fighter practices in DFT

Brother Liston,
Practices start at 11 am and run until everyone is exhausted (usually around 2 pm, but sometimes later.  Rapier practice is every sunday.  Chivalric practice has a time slotted, but at the moment we have no active chivlaric fighters in the Canton.  There are a couple of militiamen who are carded for chivlaric, but they almost exclusively only fight as spearmen leading up to war.
