[DFT] Rapier practice.

From your Rapier Marshal unto the Tor, Greeting. First I wish to say that there will be no practice Sunday the 26th because everyone is going to Steppes Warlord. Next that there will be no official rapier practices at all starting in June as my warrant is up then and no one as of yet as put in for this office. This means that Sunday the 18th will be our last practice for a good while. This is a little sad for me but I have held this office for twelve of the last fourteen years and I need the break. Please know that I shall never stop fighting, teaching, and playing, and that as an authorizing Marshal for the central region I will keep seeing to the cantons rapier needs. I wish to thank everyone who as help make rapier a big part of the Tor and most importantly my students who have let me share my Love of swordplay and this great Kingdom!
