Greetings DFT,
The search is over – We now have a Pace American 6x12, single axle, enclosed cargo trailer.  It is great condition and has a ramp back door, side door, roof vent, dome light, and hitch lock.  Paper work is all complete.  We will need a spare tire and repair the roof vent and as Scotty suggested we should repack the wheel bearings.
I have asked Diana to post a photo to the web site so all can see it.
