[DFT] Fighter Practice tonight

[Rapier Marshal]

Due to continued phone tag between myself and T PD, tonight's fighter
practice will be at JC Park.  I am going to try to go early and save
at least half the pavillion for our practice so we can have lights.
If you don't see me there, I'll be at our usual table in the back.
