[DFT] TSU homecoming parade

[Rapier Marshal]

There will be an impromptu fighter practice this coming Sunday, the
13th. 2 pm, at JC park. This is a combined arms practice, so whether
you are a chivalric fighter or a rapier fighter, please come join us.
2-5. Oh, and for you locals, populace is that evening as well.
