I need money, a good set of markers, and a printer that hopefulyl cooperates  and mine is ready to submit so depending on when he comes depends on if I would submit it as finaces are week by week going into the fall season as work drops off considerable for Jeremiah

William Palfrey Has graciously offered his services to help us research, draw up, design, and/or submit devices?

I'm actually looking for a show of hands on who Would come if he were to make it to the Tor to help us...
Is there anyone needing help, or wanting to submit their device?

As William said, there's really no reason to wait until Yule Revel...

I think mine is all set to go.  I just need it drawn decently, money, and submission.  That said, another set of herald owned eyes looking at it is never a bad thing.
