Rapier Practice

When Ulf quit I canceled all DFT rapier fighter practices.  For DFT to hold
a rapier fighter practice we are required to have in attendance a Rapier
Marshal and a DFT officer holder.  So far DFT does not have a Rapier
Marshal who can step up and help out.  We will be in this position until
the Central Region Rapier Marshal appoints a new Rapier Marshal for DFT.

Now the good news – We do have qualified a person who has applied for the
position.  BUT the Central Region Rapier Marshal can’t appoint anyone until
after January 20, 2015 when bids for this position close.

I am working with Elfsea to have a rapier authorizing marshal to attend our
joint fighter practice in January. The rapier authorizing marshal will be
able to authorize anyone who qualifies to become a Rapier Marshal.  More
information will be posted next year.

The position of Dragonsfire Tor Rapier Marshal will be open for
APPLICATIONS until January 20, 2015.
