[DFT] Guardian 2015 Bid are Due Tomorrow

Tomorrow is the closing date for bids for Guardian 2015.  If anyone would
like to submint a bid please email it to me by tomorrow at 12 noon or have
it at FMC by 5pm tomorrow.  The Finance Committee will be meeting tomorrow
night at 5pm at FMC to go over the bids.
