Greetings, Elfsea Officers:

There were many new pieces of information provided at roundtable today.
Much of it centered around proper communication regarding emails, facebook,
and official upchain communication.

I believe each of the officers already knows this information, but I wanted
to reiterate the requirements so that you will have a procedure in writing:

1. No business is to be conducted via Personal Email. Use your kingdom and
baronial emails only. Do not contact kingdom officers with business items
via Facebook, personal email, or text. It is not official and it will not
be answered.

2. The only official forms of business communication are the email listserv
and the local and Kingdom newsletters.

3. Facebook is not an official form of business communication.  However, it
is a great way, to expand the reach of your message.

4.  If you post official business to Facebook, you need to make sure that
you follow two requirements:
        A.  You must then the same information through the official
channels, such as the email listserv.
         B.  You must ensure that it is very clear that what is being
posted to Facebook is coming from your official office. You may do this by
either:
               1. Starting out the information with "From the Office
Of....."; or
                2. Ending the communique with your SCA Name and Title/Office

Please keep this information handy, as these regulations are in place and
effective immediately. If you have any questions, please feel free to email
