[DFT] Populace meeting this Sunday

Greetings,to the Canton of Dragonsfire Tor,


A reminder that our June populace meeting is at 5:30 pm this Sunday, June 14
th at FMC.


Per the transition timeline issued by the Central Seneschal, Mistress Asiya
Bint Mikha'il, this populace meeting will also include the polling of
Dragonsfire Tor members as to the next Baron and Baroness. Here are some
reminders of the polling/ballot instructions as broadcast:

* You will put a #1 in the box next to the name of the candidate who is
your first choice.

* You will put a #2 in the box next to the name of the candidate who is
your second choice.

* There is no room on the ballot for feedback, so please ensure that your
feedback is sent to their majesties prior to the decision, via email:
crown at ansteorra.org

* To use the Member Ballot, you must be carrying your blue card or proof of
membership.

*Anyone without blue card or proof of membership will use the Non-Member
Ballot.

*All questions must be directed to Mistress Asiya Bint Mikha'il, Central
Seneschal at central at seneschal.ansteorra.org


There are 2 different ways to cast your ballot in the polling:


1. You can attend the DFT Business Meeting on June 14 for their Polling and
cast your Ballot there.


2. You can contact Mistress Asiya at central at seneschal.ansteorra.org and
with your reason for not being able to attend one of the meetings to cast
the ballot and if a member a copy of your Blue Card or Proof of membership,
if not a member just tell her that. Once she has that info she will send
you the correct ballot which must be returned to her prior to June 14th.


To help the Crown make a decision good for both Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor
please write an email to Their Majesties telling them why you feel that
your choice of candidates is the best choice for the Barony and the Canton.
You need to send those emails to TRM at crown at ansteorra.org by June 12th,
so that they can have your words prior to their interviews with the
candidates at Kings College.


As you can see this is an important meeting so please plan to attend.and
bring a copy of your membership card.
