[DFT] Finical Committee & Populace Meeting

We will have a Finical Committee Meeting at 5pm Sunday, June 12th, before
Populace to go over a Bid for DFT Yule Revel 2016.  All are encouraged to
attend.  Populace Meeting will then start at its normal time of 5:30pm.
