[DFT] BIDs for DFT YULE REVEL 2016

Greetings to Dragonsfire Tor,



Today I am opening  for BIDs for our 2016 Dragonsfire Tor Yule Revel to be
held on December 3, 2016.  The location is set at the same location we have
held it at for past few years.  Our Yule Revel will include competition for
our A&S Champion, our fund raiser, and a Pot Luck Dinner or Feast.



Your BID should also include what other activities you would like to
include.  Your BID will also include cost of admission, all related costs,
a break-even point and a projected profit or loss.  You should also have a
co-autocrat.



If you are interested in submitting a BID Please contact H.L. Janie, our
Exchequer, or myself for a BID Form, for more information and or history of
this event.  We will be happy to help you with submitting your BID.


All BIDs are due on or before June 5, 2016.  Please send a copy to H.L.
