Greetings,
First and foremost I really want to thank those who made the Viking Feast
that was served at DFT’s Yule Revel possible. I can plan, I can get the
ingredients, and I can get started cooking it but without these people who
gave up their time to help, this feast would have never had made it to the
table.
Justin Merritt was at the sink most of the day and he was also doing a lot
of chopping and he dial of this without being asked, THANK YOU
Sir Arthur Marsh and his crew of little helpers, Aila and Isabel for the
making and cooking of the Dragon (Scotch) Eggs
Jamie Jamie Lee Merrittt who stepped in and chopped and staged the servings
and also did whatever else needed to be done
Denise Oberlin for her help in planning and chopping and with Jason’s help
for making the honey butter
Pam Bedwell was in the kitchen most of the day copping and doing so much to
help
Dan Baker, David Brown and Mark A. Merrill for also helping in the kitchen.
David did an outstanding job of serving head table.
Cat Gallon and her Serving Crew who all did a fantastic job of serving this
feast. The best Feast of all time could be ruined with poor service. Cat
and her Crew made this feast so much better
I would really like to thank Robert J Gallon for all his help. He was
always right with me doing the things I could not and helping me with what
I could. Robert was constantly telling me to sit down and drink some water.
Cat, you have a great son – you have a great family, thank you for all you
and they do
These are the people who made the Dragonsfire Tor’s Feast
THANK YOU ONE AND ALL!
