Greetings to Dragonsfire Tor,
Today I am opening BIDS for our 2018 Dragonsfire Tor Guardian of the Tor to be held on May 18-20,2018. Our Guardian will include competition for our Chivalric Champion, Rapier Champion, Archery Champion, and our Bardic Champion.
Your BID should also include what other activities you would like  included. Your BID will also include cost of admission, all related costs, a break-even point and a projected profit or loss. You should also have a co-autocrat. 
If you are interested in submitting a BID please contact Baroness Janie, our Exchequer, for BID form and for more information and or history of this event. We will be happy to help you with submitting  your BID. 
All BIDS are due on or before December 14, 2017. Please send a copy to Baroness Janie at;
