[Baron of Elfsea]

Unto the Good Populace of Elfsea and Dragonsfire Tor,



We are pleased to announce that we have heirs.  Their Majesties have
selected Lord Kazimierz Zlowieszczy and Lady Katheryn Margarete de Ryes to
become the next Baron and Baroness of Elfsea!  Vivat!
