[DFT] Sunday is Mothers Day and Populace

Good Morning DFT,

Sunday is our Populace Meeting AND it is the day set aside each year that
we give thanks to our Mothers.  I will attempt to keep this meeting short
and on point.  This is an important meeting because it is the last Business
meeting before Guardian so we have the last minute planning.
