[DFT] Elfsea Monthly Officer/Populace Meeting Online on Monday April 27th

With the Kingdom Seneschal's approval, Elfsea will be holding a joint
Officer's and Populace Meeting online on Monday, April 27th, 2020 starting
at 7PM.

The agenda for the meeting will cover:

   - Society and Ansteorra Updates
   - Baronial Officer's reports
   - Knight Marshal and Rapier Marshal Offices still open for applications
   - Elfsea Defender Discussion
   - Braggart's War IV Discussion
   - Safety of the populace during the pandemic
