[DFT] Extending 2020 Yule Revel Bid

Greetings DFT,

Due to the cancellation of our 2020 Guardian of the Tor, I am extending the
opening for Bids for the 2020 Yule Revel.  Bids are now due on or before
Saturday, May 23rd.   This will allow the possible combining of Guardian of
the Tor and Yule Revel.
