[DFT] Populace and Finical Committee Meetings

Good Morning DFT,

This Sunday, March 8th, is Populace Meeting at FMC at 5:30pm   Sunday is
the first day of Daylight Savings so be sure to set your clocks.  This will
be the last meeting before Elfsea Defender and Guardian is less than 3
months away so we will have plenty to talk about.

We will have a Finical Committee meeting before Populace at 4:30pm, same
location. We will talk about revising our Financial Policy to re-configure
our Financial Committee to make room for our B&B to be members of the
committee.  All are welcome to attend this meeting
