If you have a group interested in doing this, I would gladly host another sewing weekend/fabric district trip. My home is about 15-20 minutes from the district. We've found that a good, long 1/2 day (9-2ish) with a late lunch makes a great fabric district (and Sam Moon) trip. We could start washing fabric after the trip, and work on style and patterning until the fabric is ready, and more sewing on Sunday. Crash space would be available.<br>

A friend of mine who lives in Dallas is interested in doing a sewing weekend sort of thing. My thought was to combine a trip to he fabric district with her idea. She is temporarily living with her parental units also so she would have to get an okay from them before being able to host us.<br>

Costuming wise my interests right now are how to size up patterns, how to make pants, and how to make and use a dress form. <br>
<br>
Other A&S topics I am interested in are enameling and cliosomme(sp?).<br>
