Unfortunately I do not have said pictures.  I would suggest checking 
with the Historian if you have not already.  I seem to remember seeing 
pictures of past Defenders.  Lady Arabella is the current Historian and 
has all those files.  I think it is a great idea to put together such a 
book.  This could make it easier to show some of the stuff we do but can 
not always show at a Demo.  Good luck on your search and if I come 
across anything that can help, I will let you know.
