ES - Judging Time

I just wanted ya'll to know where the time for the Laurel's Circle comes 
from.  In a missive sent to me, the Royal liasion, from her Royal 
Majesty, which I forwarded to Ceinwen, the Head Bath Babe.  "As for 
schedule, I will have a meeting of the Laurel Circle on Saturday,
 and I would like to have it between 1 and 2 pm(as the schedule 
permits)."  Not wishing to be nosey, but clarifying communications, 
Arabella.
