Greetings Elfsea and surrounding baronies, shires, and cantons!

Several years ago, Sir Galen had the brilliant idea to create another means of
communication and recruitment for the SCA. With the advent of affordable
computer technology and improved availability to the internet, Sir Galen created
several baronial, shire, canton, and kingdom web pages.  He has decided to step
down on the upkeep of the Elfsea, Tor, and 3 Bridges pages and has handed the
torch over to me.  Because of the wonderful work he did, my job will be much
easier.  Sir Galen will continue to manage the Elfsea Mailing list.

To get things moving, I have decided to approach the management of the websites
by first updating the data/information, and then began changing the format.
This will be an evolutionary process, and all input is welcome.

I updated the Officers and Events page last night.

I will be attending the officers meeting tonight at Arabella's to discuss means
of communicating information to me and other issues.  I will also be contacting
the Tor and 3 bridges on the same issues.

If you have information you would like posted or would like to express ideas,
suggestions, or concerns, please contact me at vivaine at flash.net or if you know
someone that is internet impaired, my number and snail mail appears below and I
will have that information also posted in next Scroll.

And remember, you can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, so all
bribes of the chocolate nature are welcome.
