ES - Bardic At Tarkus' house

Now, I've heard a rumor come out of the last business meeting that
January moot will be not the first but the _second_ Thursday.

But in subsequent months, is it Tarkus' intention to conflict with
Moot, also the 1st Thursday of each month?
