Galen,
      FYI, Elfsea's Moot has been moved to the second Thursday for the 
entire year of 1999.  Tarkus's bardic has been moved to the first 
Thurday for the entire year of 1999 unless he cancels it.

Now, I've heard a rumor come out of the last business meeting that
January moot will be not the first but the _second_ Thursday.

But in subsequent months, is it Tarkus' intention to conflict with
Moot, also the 1st Thursday of each month?
