Greetings, Elfsea,

This sounds like so much FUN!!  And profitable, too.

Hmmm... maybe Xena the Turk  will come out and play for the evening :) After HE Zara Zina goes to bed at a respectable hour, of course.    

Time for new strings in the zills and practice on the doumbek....It's rumoured that Xena likes to drink some german Peach drink with orange juice......Hmmmm.

will be a Belly Dance and Drum Competition at Elfsea Springfair. 
Advanced winner will receive a scroll, $25 coin prize, pass-along tassel
belt, intermediate winner will receive $15 coin prize, beginner $10 coin
prize.  Drummer will receive will receive a pass-along ceramic drum, and
keep a fiber-cushioned drum case along with scroll. Winners will receive
a SOLO performance invitation for Steppes Warlord.  ALL entrants will
receive a prize.  Special prize for best documentation on either costume
or dance.  This competition will be held IN PERSONA.  It's going to be
ALOT OF FUN
