ES - Trevor's surgery

Greetings,

Arabella (Lisa Duke) called to let me know how Trevor was doing after his 
collar bone surgery today and asked me to pass it on to you all.

Trevor's surgery lasted a little over 3 hours.  He is at Medical City in 
Dallas off Forrest Land and Central Expressway Room 624 Pediatric unit, 
972-556-8724.

He went in happy and goofy and came out mad.  He does not like his bright 
red shoulder cast - Fearghus  (Wes) keeps telling him it is body armor. 
 Trevor cannot sit up without help due to the weight of the cast and he is 
still weak.  He has an incision on his clavicle (which was broken at birth) 
and on his hip - where the bone graft was taken from.

Trevor slept about an hour today, after they had to give him morphine. 
 They are in a private room with a TV and a VCR.  Arabella thought ahead 
and brought 30 video movies with her.

The hospital does have a cafeteria that serves breakfast and lunch, but not 
dinner, so I plan on taking them dinner tomorrow (Wednesday) evening.  Her 
mom is taking care of them tonight.  Arabella will be staying with Trevor 
and sleeping there with him.

Let us keep them in our prayers and thoughts tonight.
