ES - heraldic Commentary

[Donald Riney]

Being that there has been increased interest in the workings of the 
college of heralds, I am now Planing a Commentary meeting. At this 
meeting we would discuss Names and Armory Submitted from the previous 
month As well as General socializing. The tenetive date will be the 
second Thursday of each month Baring any problems with that plan. Any 
comments Questions Concerns????
