ES - Medical HELP info ASAP!!!!!

Ok We have been giving my dog 1- 1.5  qrts of strait pedialite a day,  
The dr tested her and now wants $300.00 worth of tests to see what could 
be causing this.  They say she is showing symptoms of kidney failure!!  
Just doesnt seem right to me
