ES - Fool's Court & Masqued Revel -- For the Children

I've come up with an idea for our children at the event  -- please let me know
what you think.

The *adults* can carry a specific colored pouch (color to be determined) with
Halloween candy in it (may somehow were the children can't see it??) and can
*favor* the children with sweets (during the Masqued Ball?) so they won't miss
Halloween altogether.

What do ya'll think?
