ES - Ladies on the List

All ladies are welcome on the feild. Today I can barely lift my arms, and i
have bruises teh size of my hands on my thighs.  Fighting is more fun than
you can possibly imagine.  I think you have, what Wolf would call, FIGHTER
BRAIN!!!

And to quote Hengist's motto: "Inhale, Kill, Exhale".
