ES - Gulf War....

Gulf War is Starts Tuesday March 9th, 1999 and goes until Sunday March 14th,
1999. Last year, tournaments started on Thursday. The battles for war points
are on Friday and Saturday.  If you are planning on driving, it takes about
8 hours or so. Depending, of course, on how fast you drive.
