ES - Glaslyn Demo: Denton Arts and Jazz Festival

Come One Come All,

    Just wanted to send out a quick reminder about the Denton Arts and Jazz
Festival demo in Glaslyn this weekend. I don't know how many people have
responded to Lord Llew's request for help, but as there are usually over 50,000
people who attend this event each year, we really NEED the help.

    We could use a hand with the list field... you know, fighters, marshals,
etc. We also need static display, and warm bodies. Last year the fighters got
to do all the fighting they wanted, and we had the children making favors for
their favorite fighter. All those  who attended had a smashing good time. Don't
be left out this year!

PRIZE TO BE WON!
Everyone who comes and helps us out, will be entered into the drawing.

There is music all day long (five stages) and tons of art work to have a gander
at. Admission is absolutely free (best price around)

Our booth number is i-8.
We will start setting up at 7:30 on Saturday...

Demo runs on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. till 8:30 p.m. and on  Sunday from Noon
till   7:00 p.m. We must have our booth open during these hours

The Festival hours differ, as they have headliners on the main stage until
late. The Festival hours are: 5:00 p.m. till 10:00 p.m. on Friday,  10:00 a.m.
till 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, Noon till 8:00 p.m. on Sunday.
