ES - Medieval Cookbook references and new music

I'd be happy to bring both.  I also have a cookbook I'm borrowing from Lady
Isabella, "Seven Centuries of English Cooking."  Anyone is free to look at
either book and I'll bring the CD for everyone's listening pleasure.
