Oh, Daniel.  Ye of little faith!!!

No job is perfect, not even one of your own making.  But Crandall now has a
chance to improve his situation!!

I have been in a job that was just as abusive, both mentally and
spiritually, as an abusive spouse.  No one should ever allow themselves to
be treated with anything less than dignity and respect.

Fortunately, we live in a tight enough job market that anyone should be able
to improve their situation with a better job.  

You go, Crandall!!!
