ES - ozone alert

I'm inclined to be more concerned with high school and
middle school students suiting up for football practice!
While an adult might have the good sense to stop and
rest, these kids are pushed for more by an adult on the
sidelines.  ???
And, then there's the 50 kids crammed into an unaircon-
ditioned school bus twice a day for up to 1-1/2 hrs (with
a lot of idling, stops and starts) during the hottest month
of the year (??) - all because the school district wants to
start school three to four weeks earlier than necessary.
If I left my child in a hot car for 5 minutes CPS would
lock me up!
O.K.  I'll get off my soap box now.  I'll go find my
embroidery stuff.
