ES - New to the area

Welcome to Elfsea, Richard.  When were you in the Shadowlands?  There
are a few of ex-Shadowlanders here, including myself and Allesendra (sp).

Practices are Sunday evenings at 5:00 pm and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
at Randol Mill Park in Arlington.  The park is located on Randol Mill
Drive, about 1/2 to 1 mile west of Fielder Road.  Both heavy and light
practice there, and a number of non-fighters show up to socialize, do A&S,
etc.  I think you'll find it's a *lot* like our old Shadowlands practices.
