Explanation
When there is a full moon/ storm front/ change of weather..... Children's
behavior gets worse in class. They are more active and  antsy.  By  10 am am
you know that it is a storm front/or a full moon.

I guess I was looking for some connection with the best viewing is at 
dusk.  I was looking too deep.
