My Scroll and Blackstar have always arrived in one piece, occasionally with 
the seal broken. However, at the company I used to work for, we shipped with 
the US Postal service and we got back about 5 percent of product in plastic 
bags with no shipping labels and severely damaged. How do your magazines 
arrive? I would register a complaint.
