'Barwn o Elfsea' is typical SCA Welsh, to preserve a distinction that
doesn't exist in Cymraeg.

'Barwn Elfsea' is actually better Welsh (compare esgob Kemper = Bishop
of Kemper, Brenin Ewias = king of Ewias, Ceidwad Castell Abersafwy,
Seneschal of Abersafwy Castle, Iarll Cernyw = Earl of Cornwall). 
Translating Elfsea is optional.
