Hi,
Also note on Acetaminophen (Tylenol), toxic (though not necessarily
dangerous) effects start at about 2x the extra strength dose, and the effects
tend toward liver damage, and there is not much in the way of symptoms until it
is too late.
Aspirin, tends to be more benign in the case of an overdose, and one
tends to experience symptoms (upset stomach and ringing ears) before it gets
truly dangerous, and it attacks the stomach, which is more manageable than the
liver. (It also does a much better job of keeping calcium out of joints for
people with arthritis, though it may contribute to osteoporosis).
I really can't speak to the other over the counter pain relievers.
The liver does regenerate over time (though not necessarily
repeatedly), so Brighid should be good as new fairly shortly.
Standard disclaimer applies, "I'm an engineer, not a doctor dammit!"*
(Apologies to the late DeForest Kelly)

This is not the Dream. This is what I do on weekends to have some fun.

The Dream involves 4 sets of identical twins, 2 gallons of Cool
Whip, 5 quarts of chocolate syrup, 2-1/4 pounds of strawberries,
satin sheets, a magnum of champagne, a trapeze, and a python.
