Our scrolls came in damaged this month, though this is only the 2nd time in
a year that that has happened. We live in the 76036 zip code (Crowley, TX)
My Blackstar's and TI's have been fine however.

We live in the 76112 zip code which is in east Fort Worth about 2 miles from
Arlington.  We haven't had any other problems with magazines and such.
