July 31st is a Saturday and is the first day of the Red Tape Event per the
June Blackstar. The Red Tape Event is at two day event this time.

	The only weekend that Llywelyn and I have open in July is the first
one.
	And we were planning on chilling out (so to speak) and preparing for
ATYC.

	We have two possible Sundays, though.  July 18 is the day after our
	Hospitallers Garb and Armoring workshop.  And July 31 is the day
after the
	Red Tape Event and Laurel's Retreat.

	Unto this good Barony of Elfsea, Royalty Speaks.

	It has come to the attention of their Royal Travesties that there
	is business to be done in our fair realm.  As wise and fair
	rulers, we wish to keep our subjects happy and content.  Therefore
	by Royal decree, we will be hosting Fool's Court and Revel (SIX).
	This is to be done somewhere in the Barony of Elfsea, sometime
	during the month of July.  Do to the burdens of Ruling such a vast
	and diverse Kingdom, we ask for your help.  We need your advice as
	to what date such an event should be held during the month of
	July.  Raimona is unable to attend Moot or Business Meetings.
	Therefore will someone please bring this to the floor for open
	discussion and report to her what is decided.
	We will also be in need of people to help when the event arrives.
	I know finding this help will not be hard for we have an entourage
	to help with such matters.  Your King and Queen of Fools will be
	generous to those who help, and kind to those who attend for
	enjoyment.  Much fun is to be had by all for we will be continuing
	the traditions of this glorious event.  Bardic, Potluck, Desert,
	Court, and Classes.  As for the Classes, we are tenatively
	planning a Newcomers Class and Demo Classes (as suggested by
	Vivaine).  Knights Marshal and Rapier Marshal may wish to host a
	fighter practice.  Support your Barony and help everyone see that
	                 "Life Is Good In Elfsea!"

	  Caelin---- We know we have to write up a bid for this event with
	budget.  Crandal will probably be listed as Stewart with Raimond
	as assistant.  Budget and event bid will be submitted as soon as
	location and time are established.  If you have questions, you can
