ES - baronial storage

Sounds like a good rule of thumb, though most likely there will be an
exception or two.  We should also look at condition.  It is very easy to
look at something being packed for an event and say 'lets repair/replace
that'.  It is very hard to remember such thought when recovering from an
event.
