Greetings Anne,
    I believe the servers will be a volunteer from each table, but that
doesn't mean Petruccio won't need help in the kitchen,  there is always
dishes to do.... and they have to be done all day.....  you and another
person can take turns on rotating shifts.  do you have Petruccio's address?
there should be a link from the baronial web page to the coronation web
page - or there should be a link from the kingdom calendar.  contact him and
let him know what you want to do.  If you want to work a gate shift contact
Siobhan.  her email address should be on the coronation page as well. -
